Cozy stay with stunning views

We had a really chill time here. The room was super comfy, and the bed? Wow, one of the best I've ever slept in! The outside pool was refreshing, and lounging by it with a snack from the bar area was a treat. Just wished they had more clean towels available during our stay.

Had a fantastic stay! The wellness area felt like a peaceful escape. The breakfast spread was amazing with lots of local goodies. Only wish the minibar worked better, but overall, totally worth it!

Positive, The spa and pools were very nice! Everything felt brand new, and my room was spotless with a big double bed. I loved the quiet night and the variety of breakfast options, including apfelstrudel! The staff were super helpful and provided great tips for exploring the area. 🏞️

Exceptional wellness area with beautifully renovated facilities.

During my stay, the staff was surprisingly inflexible regarding cancellations. I felt completely disregarded when my plans changed and they refused to waive the cancellation fee, which is just poor customer service. Additionally, while breakfast had options, much of it felt pre-packaged and lacked that homemade touch, making the dining experience less enjoyable than expected.

The bedroom was comfortable with a lovely balcony to enjoy morning coffee. The fitness centre and spa, along with both indoor and outdoor pools, exceeded my expectations. Cleanliness was top rate throughout my stay. Breakfast offered a fabulous range of options, and the service was consistently excellent. Staff were always friendly and attentive.

However, the lack of USB outlets in the room was inconvenient.

The Double Room was super comfy, truly one of the best beds I've ever slept on! It was spacious and clean, with a nice sunny terrace to enjoy. Plus, the closet space was huge, really handy for a family. The only bummer was the lack of USB outlets, which would've been a nice touch.
